  • Would I do it again? yes, the kids loved these and they are cute keepsakes for Easter decor next year!
  • What I would do differently: nothing at all 🙂
  • Items used:cotton balls, black construction paper or card-stock paper, google eyes, ribbon for a bow, glue

  • Thanks so much to Grandma B and Aunt Molly for helping out with so much Easter fun!
  • Difficulty rating (1=easiest, 5= way too hard!): 1
  • Would I do it again? yes, it was too adorable! They were the perfect snack for the kiddos after a long easter egg hunt, but they are also great as parting gifts, easter basket fillers, cute lunch box snacks, and so much more!
  • What I would do differently:  make more to hand out with friends, or change out the goldfish for orange jelly beans!
  • Items used: goldfish, clear cellophane treat bags shaped into carrots by scotch tape and green ribbon!

  • What I would do differently: “plant” more!
  • Items used: jelly beans which were “planted” and then grew into lollipops Easter morning!

Project: day 130: get crafty/ the meaning of Easter/ a simple craft and dessert in one to teach the story of Easter through colored jelly beans!
Difficulty rating (1=easiest, 5= way too hard!): 1
• Would I do it again? yes. It is so easy to get sidetracked from the real meaning and story of why we celebrate Easter, but doing this craft/activity helps keep things in focus!
• What I would do differently: do it every year as an Easter family tradition, as well as have printable versions of the poem to hand out to relatives and friends 🙂

Project: day 29: cooking it up/ so simple, but so cute Easter or Spring “Chicky Cheese Ball” appetizer
Difficulty rating (1=easiest, 5= way too hard!): 1, this one was super easy!
• Would I do it again? yes! It was a huge hit today at our Easter party not just for it’s cute looks, but for the taste as well!
• What I would do differently: I actually might change up the decorations on it and try it for other holidays!

  • Project: day 128: get crafty/ simple easter or spring table decor/flower arrangement with gerber daisies, peeps, and jelly beans!
  • Difficulty rating (1=easiest, 5= way too hard!): 1. This one was super easy!
  • Would I do it again? yes, you all know I love the glass within a glass trick. It’s so fun to stick fun little festive decorations on the outer glass and not ahve to worry about the flowers dying too soon!
  • What I would do differently: change it up for each holiday, which I have been doing so far!
  • Items used: peeps, jelly beans, gerber daisies, small vase on the inside with water, and a larger outer vase to hold all of the “goodies!”

    • Difficulty rating (1=easiest, 5= way too hard!): 3. Thanks to my sister-in-law Molly, it went pretty smoothly, but it really helps to have an extra hand, these guys are a bit time consuming!
    • Would I do it again? we will see tomorrow, but I think the kiddos will like them!
    • Items used: cupcakes, frosting, coconut, oreo crumbs, chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, marshmallows

• Difficulty rating (1=easiest, 5= way too hard!): 2. It really should be a 1, but since I always mess these things up and mine definitely did not turn out as cute as the original source, it’s a 2!
• Would I do it again? yes. I need to try it again so I can get it right, but it really didn’t matter to the girls. They still thought it was adorable and ate it all up!
• What I would do differently: make it better!

  • Would I do it again? yes! The girls absolutely loved these (I mean who wouldn’t want icing and sprinkles first thing in the morning?!)
  • What I would do differently: I’m sure the creative mind would think of doing all sorts of cute things with these (Megan, Aunt Cindy), but me, nada! 😉
