  • Project: day 58: get crafty/ minnie mouse table decor, treat favors, diy lollipop tree for Morgan’s 3rd birthday party (even great for valentine’s day, or any occasion really!)!
  • Difficulty rating (1=easiest, 5= way too hard!): 2 (probably a 3 if I didn’t get help from my ever crafty Aunt Cindy)
  • Would I do it again? yes, it is too cute!
  • What I would do differently:maybe go smaller so it didn’t take quite as long to do!
  • Items used: regular old clay pot spray painted black,  styrofoam ball, ribbons and flowers (all from Michael’s), pink themed valentine’s Tootsie roll pops (Fry’s grocery store and Oriental Trading)

until ipinterest tomorrow!

Project: day 41: get crafty/ diy Minnie mouse centerpiece, table decor for Morgan’s birthday party!
• Difficulty rating (1=easiest, 5= way too hard!): 2 ( I cannot tie a bow very straight or nice to save my life! Adam did the one on the left, and I did the one on the right. Enough said.
• Would I do it again? yes! It turned out so cute, and I will find a way to use them again…somehow!
• What I would do differently: we ended up using chopsticks broken in half to attach the base to the oasis (my toothpicks just were not cutting it!)
• Items used: green floral balls spray-painted with a black satin finish spray paint (both from Hobby Lobby), pink and black gross-grain polka dot ribbon for the bow, black and white polka-dot handkerchief for a quick runner (it’s not her birthday for a few more weeks, I’m just getting ready for it!), toothpicks to hold the ears to the face, and broken chopsticks to attach the oasis base to the face!
until ipinterest tomorrow!
